Biscoff Spread- Omnomnomnom!

A long time ago in a continent far, far away, a young Chef Oshawott tried cookie gelato. And the cookie that was in it? Biscoff cookies aka Lotus Speculoos. A European spice cookie.


And what could be better than a crunchy spice cookie? An edible spread made from ground up cookies and extra sugar. 


Its pretty much the love child of peanut butter and ginger cookies. Its also GMO and nut free. Its so good, definitely try it! On toast, on crepes, on a spoon, on anything!
